Ms. Hristina Pendicheva
Hristina Pendicheva is Member of the Board of Directors of the Bulgarian Stock Exchange. She has been a state expert in the Financial Markets Regulation Directorate at the Ministry of Finance since 2011. In this capacity, Ms Pendicheva participates in the negotiations on the adoption of EU legislation in the Working Group on Financial Services in the Council, as well as in expert groups of the European Commission in the field of capital markets and pension security.
Prior to joining the Ministry of Finance, Hristina Pendicheva held expert positions in the Financial Supervision Commission, as well as in financial institutions in the non-banking financial sector.
In recent years, she has been actively involved in the process of drafting EU legislation in the field of sustainable finance and is a member of the Expert Group on Sustainable Finance at the European Commission.
Ms Pendicheva participates as a lecturer and panelist in a number of financial and investment forums at national and European level.
Hristina Pendicheva holds Master's degree from the Francophone Institute of Management and Administration in Sofia, diploma from the Université de Nantes. She is Bachelor in Business Management from the Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“.
Ms. Efrosina Nikolova
Efrosina Nikolova has been a Chief Expert in the International Cooperation Directorate at the Financial Supervision Commission (FSC) for 13 years. Its area of competence includes the capital market, and over the years it has repeatedly participated in the process of negotiations on new EU legislative proposals in the field. She is one of the representatives of the FSC in the Coordination Network for Sustainability at ESMA and in the Sustainable Finance Project Group at EIOPA, within which the draft technical standards in the field of sustainable finance are discussed.
Efrosina Nikolova has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and a Master's degree in Finance and Banking from Sofia University „St. Kliment Ohridski“.
