In recent years, there has been a significant increase in the types and volumes of transactions with sustainable finance instruments in different sectors of the economy, whether to finance research and develop alternative energy sources or to support businesses that follow fair and sustainable employment practices.
Kinstellar Law Office will conduct a training to present the main types of financial products used in sustainable finance, as well as the most important considerations and risks associated with these products. The principles and model clauses recommended by the Loan Market Association and used as a model in sustainable finance transactions will be examined, as well as the approaches to measuring sustainability indicators and the main participants in this type of financial transactions.
